Heritage tours operate seven days a week. Office hours listed above are for administrative inquiries only.
Response Time
We typically respond to booking requests within one business day. For urgent inquiries submitted outside business hours, please expect a response on the next operating day.
Office Location
Our office is located in Sydney's central heritage district, surrounded by many of the historical sites featured in our tours. While walk-in visits are possible during operating hours, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure staff availability.
Public transport access is excellent, with multiple bus routes and train stations within walking distance.
Booking Process
Experience bookings are handled through our online form or email correspondence. After receiving your request, we'll send confirmation details, meeting point information, and preparation recommendations.
Group Bookings
For groups larger than our standard maximum, private tours can be arranged. Contact us directly to discuss custom group experiences, educational programs, or corporate heritage events.
